Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center is sponsoring our 7th Annual Homeless Outreach Event on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 from 8:30AM-12:30PM. It will be at the Hurt Park located 25 Courtland Street NE(at Edgewood Ave.) Atlanta, GA 30303. Our goal is to feed and clothe 200 families in the park area. Outreach - October 6th 10am - 2pmThere are 7 Neighborhood Impact Houses in Lancaster, CA.
Crosswind Community Church runs the Lowtree House in West Lancaster.
This year for Neighborhood Impact Day, we will be getting together with all other 6 Community Houses to serve our Kingtree House and Mariposa House Neighborhoods.
We will have teams that walk around the neighborhoods and pick up trash.
Teams to mow lawns, pull weeds, and haul away trash.
We will also have teams to help prepare, distribute, and serve Hot Dogs for anybody in the neighborhood and a team to help with the Children's Clothes Sale, where everything is a quarter.
The goal is to spruce up the neighborhood, be a friendly face, offer assistance to anybody in the neighborhood that needs it for their lawn maintenance, and offer affordable clothes for children.

The baseball boosters and players do various fundraising during the school year to purchase baseball equipment, pay for expenses to maintain the baseball field, pay registration expenses for tournaments, for pay for transportation to away games, purchase uniforms, provide meals for players on Friday game days when food service is not available at school. CANCELED DUE TO IMPENDING WEATHER: EVENT WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULEDPlymouth North High School will be hosting a NESBA Competition on Saturday, 10/27/18.
Plymouth Schools Music Association (PSMA) will have a bake table during this event. We are in need of 3 types of volunteers.
1) Volunteers to help show people where to park as well as ticket booth sales, field gate
monitors, and people management during the show in our stands.
2) Volunteers to help us @ our baked table and concessions. The event will run from
2:30 pm to 6:00 pm around the back of Plymouth North High School by the cafeteria
entrance. (41 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA 02360). We are asking for help to sell our
baked goods, concessions, and collect money.
3) We also need volunteers to bake goodies for us to sell. We are asking for cookies,
brownies, breads, chocolates, decorated pretzels, and other varieties of baked goods.
We will accept your baked goods if they are cut and packaged into appropriate sizes
to be sold for $0.50 - $1.00 baggies. Many people today have allergies, so we are
asking you to label your products if they are: ** TREE NUT FREE, PEANUT FREE, and/or
GLUTEN FREE **. This way everyone can enjoy your baked goods safely.
The number of volunteers we are requesting:
25 Volunteers for the parking lot and people control - ie: ticket booth, field gates,
and in the stands during the event for people control. (12:30 - 4:30 pm)
20 Volunteers at concession and bake sale table (2:30 - 6:00 pm)
No Limit: Volunteers delivering goodies to us at 2:00 - 2:25 pm on Saturday,
10/27/18 at our bake table.
PLEASE NOTE: If the NESBA Competition is canceled for some unknown reason, we will not need the volunteers for either the selling or the baking.

Opportunity Details
The BOO-t-Out is a Halloween soccer tournament for area youth soccer teams, U10 to U15.The money raised benefits the Williamsport Soccer Booster Club. Funds will be used for the middle and high school soccer players (boys and girls), for equipment and training and off-season camp opportunities. Last year, we were able to help fund the cost per player for Bucknell University's team soccer camp and a Lycoming mini-camp.
Volunteers for this event are there to support Williamsport soccer coaches and players who help monitor the games that go on throughout the day. We have a concession stand open all day for all the participants and their families.
