Art of Murder is Topeka Civic Theatre & Academy's signature fundraising event. It is a murder mystery audience participatory that plays out across 5 stages, while the audience attempts to identify the murderer while enjoy food and drinks from over a dozen local vendors. Over 500 people will come to the 7th annual event. This year, it is indoors at Washburn Tech on Friday, June 24.

Proceeds from the event benefit Topeka Civic Theatre & Academy. The money raised at the event provides tuition scholarship for children in our academy, supports volunteer opportunities for hundreds of adults and children alike, and helps create year round outstanding theatre.

The event is a fund raiser for our scouts through a silent auction held during the dinner. This event is our scouts main fundraiser for the year and the proceeds are kept in a scout account to only be used for scout events. It is important because this dinner and auction provide our scouts with the means to attend various scouting activities.

Opportunity Details

The Eldersburg Elementary PTA is hosting our 19th Annual Basket Bingo Fundraiser Saturday, March 23, 2019. We plan to have 300 people attend the bingo at Eldersburg Elementary School. The money we raise will be put back into our school for the children’s educational benefit.
We are writing to ask if your business would consider “sponsoring” this fundraiser for the Eldersburg Elementary PTA. Becoming a sponsor is easy and there are many options for you to consider.

• We need businesses to “buy” a basket. Each basket costs between $100 and $250 or more
• Donate Items that your business sells to fill a basket
• Donate money and we will purchase the items for you to fill the basket
• Product items to give away as door prizes
• Gift Certificates winners can redeem at your place of business
