CANCELED DUE TO IMPENDING WEATHER: EVENT WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED

Plymouth North High School will be hosting a NESBA Competition on Saturday, 10/27/18.
Plymouth Schools Music Association (PSMA) will have a bake table during this event. We are in need of 3 types of volunteers.

1) Volunteers to help show people where to park as well as ticket booth sales, field gate
monitors, and people management during the show in our stands.

2) Volunteers to help us @ our baked table and concessions. The event will run from
2:30 pm to 6:00 pm around the back of Plymouth North High School by the cafeteria
entrance. (41 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA 02360). We are asking for help to sell our
baked goods, concessions, and collect money.

3) We also need volunteers to bake goodies for us to sell. We are asking for cookies,
brownies, breads, chocolates, decorated pretzels, and other varieties of baked goods.
We will accept your baked goods if they are cut and packaged into appropriate sizes
to be sold for $0.50 - $1.00 baggies. Many people today have allergies, so we are
asking you to label your products if they are: ** TREE NUT FREE, PEANUT FREE, and/or
GLUTEN FREE **. This way everyone can enjoy your baked goods safely.

The number of volunteers we are requesting:

25 Volunteers for the parking lot and people control - ie: ticket booth, field gates,
and in the stands during the event for people control. (12:30 - 4:30 pm)

20 Volunteers at concession and bake sale table (2:30 - 6:00 pm)

No Limit: Volunteers delivering goodies to us at 2:00 - 2:25 pm on Saturday,
10/27/18 at our bake table.

PLEASE NOTE: If the NESBA Competition is canceled for some unknown reason, we will not need the volunteers for either the selling or the baking.

The BOO-t-Out is a Halloween soccer tournament for area youth soccer teams, U10 to U15.
The money raised benefits the Williamsport Soccer Booster Club. Funds will be used for the middle and high school soccer players (boys and girls), for equipment and training and off-season camp opportunities. Last year, we were able to help fund the cost per player for Bucknell University's team soccer camp and a Lycoming mini-camp.

Volunteers for this event are there to support Williamsport soccer coaches and players who help monitor the games that go on throughout the day. We have a concession stand open all day for all the participants and their families.
