We are a nonprofit private school. We have fundraisers for all our repairs and renovations at our school. Project. We are remolding our restrooms, putting air conditioning in our classrooms and gymnasium.

Opportunity Details

Our reptile rescue has a mobile unit that is filled with reptiles for the public to walk through and view. We also do some handling, photos, and merchandise sales. Volunteers do not have to handle reptiles but they cannot be scared of being next to them, near them, and we need you to promote them in a positive manner. Our mission is to educate the public and reduce fear.

FOR THIS EVENT WE ALSO NEED PEOPLE TO WORK THE WATER TENT. It will be next to us, you will be handing out waters and trying to get tips. All tips are donated to the rescue. You will not have to work with the reptiles at all but you are still next to us.

This event is a concert at the Bulldog Harley Davidson dealership in Smithfield. Band will be Black Stone Cherry. Lots of standing on parking lot. Will have tents for shade. How many hours you work is up to you.

Opportunity Details

This is our largest fundraiser of the year. The funds from this helps to support items that are needed by the Weatherford Police Department and to keep McGruff going in our community. In addition we do child fingerprinting and identification kits for families to have on hand in case the unthinkable happens, and a child goes missing.
