The Community Free Clinic is a non-profit organization that was formed in 1990. The Clinic serves to provide free medical care and prescription medication to uninsured residents of Washington County. Services are completely free of charge and continue to be in great demand. We can look after “One Patient” for an entire year for $400.00. The Clinic operates with a small paid staff and a very large core of volunteers, including physicians and mid-level providers, nurses and many dedicated lay volunteers.
The Clinic is not state or federally funded. Due to this the Clinic remains totally financially dependent on this community for support. Donations from individuals, churches, civic organizations, businesses, local foundations, and the Washington County Gaming Commission continue to support the Clinic budget. The Clinic also does several fundraising events throughout the year. The 19th Annual MUDD Volleyball Tournament, is on Saturday July 20th, 2019 from 8.00am to 5.00pm. This is the biggest Fundraiser put on by the Community Free Clinic of Washington County, to raise funds for patient care. We have between 45-66 teams play Volleyball in the MUDD! "Get Down & Dirty for a Good Cause". Held between Hagerstown Regional Airport and Citicorp Family Center. A fun day playing in the MUDD, we have a Live DJ, a Food Tent, and a Beer Tent. If you would like to volunteer please contact Vivienne, at the Community Free Clinic on 301-733-9234. Any questions, please contact Nicole or Vivienne on 301-733-9234 or email us at info@mycommunityfreeclinic.org

We are celebrating 11 years of empowering, uplifting, and inspiring survivors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We are excited to announce our "Cupcake Wars Bake-off!" Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the renowned ITK Culinary, prior home of Bravo’s Top Chef Competition. The event will be live streamed on social media and televised. If you feel you have what it takes to be win the battle, apply here for a chance to be one of the four contestants who will compete in this year's bake-off. The Grand prize winner will receive a trophy, $1,000 in cash, and recognition on social media and CWA’s website. Get your oven mitts ready and join us this July!

The mission of the Courageous Women Association is to transform lives by providing a complete system of services designed to transition women and children out of poverty to full autonomy, through career development & placement, permanent housing, economic resources, and unlimited access to services that aid in complete healing and recovery. Join us in celebrating 11 years of transformation and impact!
