We will raise awareness about a disease that is not well known. This is the first lupus awareness event in Tupelo. There will be lots of activities for the adults and kids. We will need volunteers to help setup/breakdown tents, tables, etc. and to serve free snocones. We will also need volunteers to cater to the lupus survivors to make sure they are comfortable as heat can sometimes cause them to have flares. This event is held at Ballard Park.

Every year our school hosts a "Field Day" for our students. This year we are looking for a way to also raise money for a group of students to attend the National History Day Competition in Washington D.C. We are trying to raise about $5,000, and the money we earn from KOHLS will help us reach this goal.

Volunteers will be helping to manage games and activities for students to play. We will also be using volunteers to help pass out food and drinks. Field day is an opportunity for our school to have a fun day playing outside. Students will range from Kindergarten to 8th grade, and activities will include sports, garden games, and relays.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys sports or working with students.

Animal House Birthday Trivia is scheduled for July 14, 2019 and consistently has 180-200 attendees vying for first place, bidding on a variety of silent auction items, enjoying Urban Chestnut beer and learning about Animal House’s mission and our partners in animal welfare. Our trivia has a unique twist. We hold it on a Sunday afternoon and this has been extremely popular, with return attendees year after year. All proceeds support the lifesaving work of Animal House in the rescue and healing of cats and kittens from the dangers of the streets – and connecting them with lifelong families.

Hello! Thank you for considering donating your time to help the NKY Bengals and Camp Ernst Middle School cheerleaders make their first hosted cheer camp a success!
We would love to have you join us to help get cheerleaders signed in at the beginning of camp, help transition the campers from various stations throughout the day, help serve lunch, then help getting the children to their parents/guardians safely at the end of camp.
It will be an easy day full of smiles and laughter and all proceeds benefit the cheerleaders from both squads directly. You, the volunteer, will receive a t-shirt and lunch for volunteering your time, and might just make some new friends.
