NAMI Wayne and Holmes Counties provides free services to local people who are affected by mental health conditions. The annual Walk for Wellness is our largest fundraiser and family-oriented, fun event to support our services. Our goal this year is to raise $30,000; we are well on our way, but need more community support to meet our goal. Participants will walk a 1- or 2- mile course through Secrest Arboretum, and have the opportunity to meet other people impacted by mental health.

There is a huge need to help feed hundreds of people in crisis each week at Feeding Hope Village. We have no full time nor part-time paid staff. The facility is run by the Director of Operations for the Church and supervised by our Board Chair. Neither person is paid for their service to the Food Pantry. The primary staff is our dedicated and faith-full Volunteer of which there are ten at any one time. However, due to the increase in services and clients we are in need of many more volunteers.
