Position: Treasurer, Board of Directors
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional to serve as our Treasurer. This leadership role is vital in ensuring financial transparency, sustainability, and strategic growth as we expand our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain oversight of financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
✅ Present financial reports at board meetings, advising on the organization's financial health.
✅ Work with the Executive Director and Finance Committee to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and best practices.
✅ Advise on funding strategies to support the organization’s mission and growth.

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
✔ Previous board experience or familiarity with non-profit financial management.
✔ Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance.
✔ Passion for community impact, mental wellness, and supporting Black, African, and Caribbean families.
✔ Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Time Commitment:
📅 Attend 6-8 board meetings per year (held virtually in the evenings).
📅 Serve on at least one board committee (Finance, Governance, or Fundraising).
📅 Term Length: Renewable 2-year term, approx. 20-30 hours annually.

Pawsibilities Are Endless is seeking volunteers for the PetSmart condos. This is a need we have every other month and training is required. Pawsibilities would have a well-established volunteer on hand to train you and your team on what needs to be done in the condos each time you volunteer. Duties may include cleaning litter boxes, getting the kittens exercise, feeding, watering, checking kittens for signs of illness or injury, taking and sharing photos, video and more! Located in Sedalia, Mo.

CrowdDoing is a global virtual collaboration to research medicinal foods for stress, sleep and anxiety. Our project has the goal of advancing integration across fields of research and to build medicinal foods literacies in the population. We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

-Be visually interpreting and designing the logo for rebrand concepts for Pandemic Professors. This role includes concept, key visual, logo and asset creation, all of which should be centered on our target audience and organization objectives.
-Work with a fellow design lead in concept development.

-Act as a steward of the Pandemic Professors brand, ensuring all marketing materials ladder up to the brand vision and guidelines
-Protect and enforce brand guidelines for our partners and other stakeholders
