Description: Help shape our charities’ marketing efforts by providing valuable input on content selection. Volunteers will be asked to review and vote on various charity materials, such as campaign slogans, visuals, and storytelling narratives. This crowd-sourcing initiative ensures that our marketing resonates effectively with donors and stakeholders, amplifying the impact of our outreach efforts.Participants: This project can be done by an individual or a self-facilitated group. Global Impact will provide the necessary materials for review and input.
Location: On Teams.
Duration: This project is flexible and can be completed as quickly as 5 minutes if desired. The volunteer chooses how many materials they would like to review.
Geographic Reach: Global Impact and our Charity Alliance of 75+ organizations address critical causes around the world. All marketing materials will cover the global reach of our organizations and cover a range of causes, including clean water, education, hunger, refugees, ending poverty, and more.
Additional Details: No funding is required, and no facilitation by Global Impact is offered.

What you’ll do:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience
- Oversee content creation and curation, ensuring it is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform
- Lead, mentor, and grow the social media team
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media efforts
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand voice across social media platforms
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of experience managing a social media team
- Expertise in managing social media on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and their algorithms
- Experience in leading a social team
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they intersect with social media strategies
- Ability to handle social media crises and reputation management
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Possession of excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred)

What you’ll do:
- Maintain and improve program management best practices, processes, and methodologies to optimize program performance and delivery
- Evaluate and enhance project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements
- Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources effectively and ensure project needs are met
- Monitor program performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying risks and issues proactively and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience in change management and implementing process improvements
- Experience in coaching and developing project management professionals
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a wide variety of settings
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable

il prossimo 28 settembre la Città di Torre del Greco ospiterà Pride, il VESUVIO PRIDE, evento cul-turale e sociale in difesa dei diritti civili, delle istanze delle persone LGBTQ+ e in difesa dei valori fondamentali della nostra Costituzione: eguaglianza, libertà, solidarietà, pace e autodeterminazione.Il PRIDE è un appuntamento importante non solo per la comunità LGBTQ+ (Lesbiche, Gay, Bisex e Trans, Queer e altro) ma per la cittadinanza tutta, una giornata per rivendicare con orgoglio, non solo la visibilità e i diritti non ancora pienamente acquisiti nel nostro Paese dalle persone Gay, Lesbiche e Transgender, Queer, ma per ottenere la pari dignità e le effettive pari opportunità tra i tutti cittadini italiani e le cittadine italiane.
Il Pride di Torre del Greco sarà l’evento conclusivo nell’ONDA PRIDE nazionale 2024 e sarà di fatto legato a quello di altre grandi città italiane da nord a sud il nostro Paese, oltre ad essere lanciato in tutti i circuiti internazionali.
Un Pride con le scuole e per le scuole nelle settimane che segnano l’inizio del nuovo anno scolastico. Il Pride come grande opportunità culturale e sociale per costruire città più accoglienti, pronte a contrastare ogni forma di discriminazione e violenza. Per questo il Pride parte dalle nuove genera-zioni e dalle scuole. La manifestazione del 28 sarà preceduta da eventi culturali e aggregativi diffusi sul territorio vesuviano e in particolare nella città di Torre del Greco.
Il Vesuvio Pride è alla sua quinta edizione dopo Pompei (2018), Sorrento (2019), Torre Annunziata (2022) e Scafati (2023), un pride nelle città e nei paesi della provincia italiana per portare le istanze delle persone LGBTQIA+ e la difesa dello stato di diritto in quei luoghi non abituati, come le grandi città, al Pride e al confronto pubblico sui diritti civili.
Il Comitato Vesuvio Pride è costituito dall’associazione Pride Vesuvio (promotrice dell’evento), da Antinoo Arcigay Napoli, ALFI le Maree, Associazione Trans Napoli, AGEDO Napoli, Coordinamen-to Campania Rainbow, Radio Siani, ANPI, ARCI Napoli, ARCO.
