Oax Sport Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth athletes from underserved and indigenous communities in Oaxaca, Mexico. Through training, competition, mentorship, and education, we create opportunities where few exist—helping young people develop confidence, resilience, and leadership.

We are currently seeking a Google Ads volunteer to manage our $10,000/month Google Ad Grant. This role is critical to expanding our digital presence, increasing traffic to our athlete fundraising campaigns, and driving engagement with new supporters, donors, and partners.

You will work closely with our remote team to design, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns that align with our mission and goals. This includes keyword research, A/B testing, performance tracking, and monthly impact reporting. We welcome your ideas and initiative—your expertise will shape how the world discovers and supports our work.

This is more than just managing ads. It’s a chance to use digital marketing for measurable social impact—helping real athletes achieve their dreams.

Why this matters:
In Oaxaca, the cost of one pair of racing shoes can exceed a family’s monthly income. Every donation driven through a well-placed ad can cover meals, training, or transportation for an athlete. Your skills can open that door.

Flexible. Remote. High-impact.
Whether you’re an experienced Google Ads strategist or a certified professional looking to give back, this is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while building your nonprofit portfolio.

We have received 500+ volunteers from across the world offering their talents and skills to enrich Sristi Village and volunteers are very important to Sristi since our inception. We are always looking for people who are willing to invest their time and energy in developing projects like this. If you have the desire to do social service and are looking for a mission to enrich you, we have our arms wide open.

Rather than find faults in cracks, tears and other imperfections, the Japanese concept of Wabi-Sabi encourages us to appreciate that nothing is truly perfect or permanent. Society often looks at people with disabilities always as broken or imperfect. This creates many challenges and disadvantages for them to be valued members of mainstream society. At WABI-SABI CAFE, we bring together individuals typically labeled as imperfect to not only enrich their lives but also inspires whoever visits to find beauty in life's imperfections.

The first SRISTI WABI SABI CAFÉ will be a Farm-to-Table Café Shop that brings the organic products harvested with love and care from our rural Sristi Farms to Pondicherry in a delicious menu of Indian and continental dishes; millet ice cream; and signature herbal beverages. Then, we hope to expand this model all around the country, allowing anyone to scale and adopt the template we create.

The volunteer can assist with (1) training disabled students (2) marketing and customer relations (3) business/accounting skills (4) chef/cooking and hospitality (5) strategic expansion: improving our visibility and India-wide partnerships. Depending on your skills, interests, and time, we will find the perfect match for you! Most important is a willingness to learn, care for our students, and follow our community guidelines.

Kotor Kitties prevents needless suffering and death of cats because of their massive overpopulation in the Balkan country of Montenegro. We brought the first (and only) high volume spay-neuter program to the country, and we've helped more than 12,500 cats in 5.5 years! Along with better health and reduced population of the cats, we're changing the culture--more Montenegrins are embracing spay-neuter, adopting cats as pets, and accepting the community cats in their neighborhoods.

This year Kotor Kitties will expand to work in a "new" coastal community called Bar. It is a popular spot for tourists, so we want to tap into their interest in the animals by placing donation cannisters in popular tourist spots.

"Bar Community Cats, a project of Kotor Kitties" should be on the boxes, along with a QR code that can be changed if needed. We have a recognized brand for Kotor Kitties, but Bar Community Cats should have a it's own logo and somewhat modified or expanded cp;prs and font.
