APPLAUSE! is about to launch into our 20th Year (2017).

We are looking for a group of 10 people to join us as we "re-imagine" where we are going to go, and what we are going to be doing in the musical theatre community of the Lower Mainland beyond our 20th year.

Instead of long terms and being called "a board" we want this working group of people to actively be involved with moving us forward. Experts in communications, strategic planning, bookkeeping, grant writing, legal and thought leadership are especially encouraged to apply.

Commitment:
December 1, 2016 to August 31st, 2017. 9 months.
One monthly meeting - approximately 2 hours a month.
Assigned to a specific project - approximately 2 hours a month.

ETC provides girls and young women ages 14-25 with an unforgettable adventure and a community of their own.

We have decades of combined experience and set high expectations for training: our lead facilitators hold education and/or experience in one of several equine facilitative learning or coaching certifications. Our leaders are passionate about the horses and love teaching / mentoring young people.

ETC is an environmental education organization based in Clearview WA that inspires transformative growth, teaches appreciation and stewardship of the natural world, and challenges people to build thriving, sustainable communities throughout their lives. Since 2010, ETC’s, equine programs have taught teens, adults, and families the importance of equine stewardship.

ETC believes in the power of unplugging from ordinary life and connecting instead with the nature, oneself, and others in seeking new awareness and from that place, looking at where one wants to shift or change. Find out what's out there---and what's inside of you. Develop leadership skills. Be part of a small group tending horses and learning about yourself. If you're looking for challenge, friendship, and a new understanding of yourself and the world, we want to take you outside.

If you are looking for an opportunity to develop teen girls and young women into our next generation of leaders, this may be a great fit for you. Email us at info@empowermentthoughconnection.org and find out how you can participate.

Event Volunteers to join our AWEsome Team!

October is Domestic Violence Awareness month and my mission is to reach at least 500 people by December 2016 based our founder's own story of "Triumph Over Troubles": http://www.inawefoundation.org/our-vision

Can you either relate or help?

Statistics available at: www.samsha.org

This is our very first, "Bagging For Charity" event being held at the ShopRite in Washington, NJ off of Route 31 from 10 am - 4 pm. All volunteers will be asked to wear our In Awe Foundation t-shirts and help the customers in ShopRite bag their groceries.

We have planned in honor all of our volunteers for slices of Desiderio's Pizza as our event is close to Halloween.

Event ends at 4:15 pm and for those interested in being part of our AWEsome Team for future events we will keep you posted of future events such as the Toy Drive for children of families affected by Abuse, Addiciton, or Anger.

3 key reasons, "WHY" volunteering is fulfilling -

> Our AWEsome Volunteers will see immediate results as Meena's energy engages people intuitively to take action!

> Giving back to the community fills our volunteer's heart with gratitude, which increases their productivity in the workplace and happiness at home!

> Feel a deeper sense of freedom and fulfillment as they watch others rebuilding their lives from nothing to having everything!

In our efforts to support and establish a research project for future grants, volunteers will get to witness the impact of our S.P.O.T. Coaching as we give away 5 scholarships to be utilized within the next 30 days of our proven and unique weekly S.P.O.T. Coaching* services in 20 minute weekly phone sessions. (*Scholarships are valid and only redeemable through Nov. 30, 2016, provided all S.P.O.T. Coaching sessions are scheduled within the first week from the end date of our October 29th Bagging For Charity event.)

For those volunteers, who are uncomfortable with sales or asking for money, we've made the process aligned it so we can accept contributions via our www.GoFundMe.com/InAweFoundation page of via PayPal or via our website and for those who wish to allow ShopRIte customers to use their own mobile devices and tablets, we certainly appreciate it, yet not require it.

Raising awareness for Domestic Violence is the primary goal of this yearly event - through our slogan, Speak Up and Step Out! from any abusive relationship, because we all deserve respect and don't need to tolerate, unacceptable behavior.

"We Help People affected by Abuse, Addiction, or Anger to Rebuild Their Lives Through Recovery Life Coaching That Complements Counseling, via our Enthusiasm In Action through Coaching that educates and encourages them to feel empowered to take inspired actions with accountability to create, The Foundation for an Awesome Life!"
