IBJ is seeking to upgrade key communications like its Annual Report and Board Reports. While our current reporting is comprehensive, we often experience delays in bringing the pieces involved together. We are seeking a volunteer that can upgrade our annual report publication process, templating and assisting with data compliation and analysis in contact with our prgramme teams around the world.

We invite you to bring a group of your employees to spend some time volunteering at Gateway Pet Guardians! All skill levels are welcomed, including those who have never handled animals or completed renovation projects. You can work with our volunteer manager to set up a time and date for your volunteer group. We typically schedule groups for 2-3 hour timeframes.

- Volunteers will have an opportunity to walk dogs or interact with cats no matter their main project.
- Most projects are on-site, physical labor projects, but we have some off-site opportunities as well.
- Past projects have included painting, building dog houses, organizing and cleaning spaces, outside beautification, making enrichment activities for dogs and bagging food for the pet food pantry.
- Volunteers must be a minimum age of 18 for handling animals.

HI! We are a small nonprofit organization and we need help with marketing and fundraising. We know very little about this process and we would like someone to consult with, brainstorm, work with to get ideas and ways to get our name out there.

We fill blessing boxes (micropantries), give monthly meals, Youth Programs and boxes of hygiene and food kits to people around the community.

We have one type of thing we sell within the organization and I can not get any revenue even though we have the Google Ad Grant bringing clicks, but no buys.

Volunteer Description: Working with the marketing committee to produce digital (includes social media use) and print materials on an as-needed basis. Photoshop and Illustrator experience is required. Experience with Relay That and Canva also helpful. (5-10 hours/month)
