We are hoping that one postcard will focus on how poverty and homelessness are criminalized by our cities, and the other will focus more broadly on housing as a human right.

ELCCT could use administrative support at our Indian Rock Nature Preserve during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9-5. Duties include but are not limited to:
1) Answering the phone, which rings for both Indian Rock Nature Preserve and the Harry C. Barnes Memorial Nature Center, answering common programmatic, facility and educational questions.
2) Data entry
3) Filing and photocopying
4) Special projects like creating promotional material, updating social media, etc.

Visual Brand Designer - Help launch a rebrand

We are looking for help with our visual brand refresh. Our brand is well known among the scholarly community, now we want to expand to other though-driven audiences including those working in tech, new media art, and curatorial practice. We hope this volunteer will help deliver program visuals to include logo design, print and digital templates, digital and print style guidelines, and CSS stylesheets.

Time frame - Open start - beginning of 2nd quarter 2017.
Location - Bay area preferred, but will consider remote

Hopenotes are small words of encouragement that A Voice for the Innocent takes to outreach events in the community. They are placed in a suitcase amongst blank pieces of paper. People can either take a hope note or write one for someone else.

A Voice for the Innocent, or AVFTI, is a nationally recognized community of support for people affected by rape and sex abuse. People can share a story, anonymously, and are responded to by trained volunteers.

Whether they're song lyrics, quotes, or simple phrases, hopenotes bring encouragement to everyone who picks them up. This is a volunteer project that can be done from any location.

You can help build and maintain KBOO’s presence on social media, by being part of our growing social media team of volunteers! Being a part of our social media team is a great way to meet people, attend cool events, and be a part of a revolutionary approach to media-making!

In addition, the social media team helps with livestreaming in-studio music performances and off-site events.

KBOO’s main social media platforms are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and our social media goals are to drive traffic to our website http://kboo.fm – specifically to the many, many great KBOO audio recordings that are posted on the website.

Here are some of the things you will do as a member of the team:
Be the voice of KBOO on social media
Film live in-studio music performances and Live stream public affairs interviews on Facebook Live
Research influencers and relevant current events and discussions to tag on social media
Audio, video and photo editing
Build the KBOO social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Post about upcoming co-sponsorships on Twitter and Facebook
Create and update KBOO Facebook events
Tweet and promote news headlines
Post in-studio pictures or videos on Twitter & Instagram

Prerequisites
Social media familiarity and usage, computer skills, ability to navigate the internet and conduct online research.

Preferences
Photography experience a plus, graphic design experience is also helpful, some knowledge of current events and/or local music scene also a plus.
