The Colorado River Refuge is a 65-acre nature preserve located in Bastrop, Texas just 40 minutes outside the bustle of Austin. This preserve meanders along the Colorado River Refuge and is free and open to the public dawn to dusk.Volunteers meet from 9-12 the first Saturday of each month to conduct trail maintenance or habitat restoration at the Colorado River Refuge. Many community members attend to take care of their favorite local trails!

Our event will take place from 9:00AM to 2:00PM at Sam's Club, which is located at 18501 North 83rd Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308. Proceeds from this event will support local animal rescue organizations.Please note that our Santa Paws Holiday Pet Adoption Event is presented by and sponsored by Sam's Club and Cut the Crap Pet Services. We are actively seeking Volunteers to assist with setup, registration, prize bag distribution, the silent auction, the raffle, and cleanup.
Please note that we are collecting pet food, pet toy or pet supply donations. Donations will be distributed to various animal rescue organizations and animal welfare organizations.
Please share our information with your family, friends, team members, clients, etc. Together, we will create the greatest impact for each other, our partner charities and our community.

Phoenix Legacy Foundation's 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Palm Valley Golf Club, 2211 North Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85395.Phoenix Legacy Foundation's 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will have an 8:00AM shotgun start. There will be a Breakfast, a Luncheon, an Awards Ceremony, a silent auction, a raffle and other activities throughout the day.
Please note that we are actively seeking golfers, sponsors, Luncheon attendees, general donations, raffle items, silent auction items, items for 200 prize bags, prizes for the winning teams, prizes for contest winners, event promotion and Volunteers for Phoenix Legacy Foundation's Charity Golf Tournament.
Your participation as a volunteer will help support the Phoenix Legacy Foundation’s partner charities, which assist children, families, Veterans, Police Officers, First Responders and pets.
