Role brief: This role supports the fundraising team with identifying and engaging new and existing leads. In doing so, it seeks to attract new funders and/or donors that are passionate and excited about Haiti-Now’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities:
Convey Haiti-Now’s message to generate leads of potential donors and fundraisers.
Meet weekly with Marketing team
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
Optimize our light marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics with fundraising to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into donors, and continually refine our process to convert donors.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with potential leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate clearly and consistently
Reliable internet connection a must
Minimum volunteer hours expected: 5-10 hrs per week
Proficiency in all areas of Google Apps such as Drive, Sheets, etc.
Familiarity with or quick adoption of Trello and Slack tools important

Be involved in the behind the scenes where MDA staff make it all happen! Work closely with dedicated staff to move MDA’s mission forward. In this role, you might be organizing and packing event materials and incentives, writing personal notes to participants, and much more. B.I.A.N.C.A. is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit organization with no paid staff, dedicated to serving children struggling to cope with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). We provide help and give hope by providing reliable information, promoting best practices, and offering comprehensive resources for families, practitioners, and communities.

We are looking for volunteers to help during our auction. Please consider volunteering your time to help us raise the funds necessary to continue to help families in our community access critical services and much-needed support.
