Gandhibhavan is implementing old aged home, home for disabled and home for bed ridden patients .We have accommodated 1400 inmates in this rehabilitation homes. All inmates are abandoned by the relatives who reached in our rehabilitation homes with the support of Police and social workers.We providing food, medicine, medical treatment, counselling, therapy, yoga and meditation. we need volunteers for giving counselling, therapy and medical treatment.

We want to increase our sales of gift cards (digital and printed) during our Christmas campaign and other big holidays such as Mother’s day/Father’s day.For this volunteering opportunity, we would love your support with suggestions on how we could do that. Suggestions and ideas could be related to both how we could reconstructure the website as well as how to get a better reach thrugh bought media.
This could be done through an initial digital meeting together with us, when we describe our needs, followed by an internal workshop where you discuss ideas with colleagues / do your own research and thinking, and then have a final workshop together with our team where we could disucss your thoughts.
Estimated time required by each employee taking on this opportunity: 1-3 hours per employee, depending on your capacity and willingness to engage.
No limitation of numbers of engaging employees.
The suggested date and time for this opportunity will begin with a brief online meeting when you will get an introduction to the needs, followed by a session when you brainstorm together or on your own to help us come up with ideas to improve. In case you are not able to join the session that specific time, you are welcome to send us your thoughts separately.

Finance Forward LatAm 2021 is an Investment Readiness Program that supports entrepreneurs building tech-enabled solutions to place-based challenges in financial health, economic mobility, and labor force resilience in the region.The goal of this mentoring session is for the entrepreneurs to gain insight into the biggest strategic challenges they are facing as a company and gain experience leading a board meeting.
The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups
-Small Group Work: The entrepreneurs will introduce their company and present their strategic challenges to then receive insight from the advisory board
-Full Group Debrief
Before the Session:
-One week before the session, volunteers will receive a calendar invitation and a Mentor Packet including details about the session and information about the companies.
-Volunteers will meet with 2 companies during the session.
-The session will be held in spanish, but live translation to portuguese/english will be available if needed.

Finance Forward LatAm 2021 is an Investment Readiness Program that supports entrepreneurs building tech-enabled solutions to place-based challenges in financial health, economic mobility, and labor force resilience in the region.In this mentoring session, startups meet in a simulated Advisory Meeting to learn more about the stakeholders in their industry and to gain new perspectives around their strategic milestone plan, specifically around client acquisition, differentiation, and product-market fit.
The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups
-Small Group 1 (40 mins): The company will do a product demo and will outline a strategic challenge they are facing in customer acquisition to then get feedback from mentors
-Back to the main room to share learnings
-Small Group 2 (40 mins): The company will do a product demo and will outline a strategic challenge they are facing in customer acquisition to then get feedback from mentors
-Full Group Debrief

They will meet with the companies to provide feedback on their market sizing and analysis, and their strategies for how to operate and add value within their market.
The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups: Each group will be formed by two mentors and two companies.
-Small Group Work: Each company will have 30 minutes to present their market analysis and receive feedback on whether they have correctly analyzed their market size and capture.

The online volunteers will be responsible for full setup and activation of all components of Dynamic 365 Enterprises version for non-profit, connected with donor and fundraising engagement, social media and linkedIn. The online volunteer will also support and activation of virtual machine using Azure credit for data storage. In addition to that, the online volunteers will support EQUAYWIN in startup stage of managing these tools and services.Opportunity Details
Through this initiative, young girls are mentored by professionals from a diverse background, including from the Caribbean and African diaspora. Girls are provided with educational and social guidance as they mature into young women. Mentors work to increase the outlook of the young girls by exposing them to various educational and career opportunities in which they may not have been previously familiar.
