Position Overview: As a member of the Empowerment Board of Directors, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of RCPA, supporting our programs, and helping us secure the resources needed to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and actively participate in board meetings.
• Support the organization's mission and vision.
• Assist in fundraising and donor engagement efforts.
• Serve as an ambassador for RCPA in the community.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Expectations:
• Time Commitment: Approximately 5-10 hours per month, including preparation and participation in meetings and committee work.
• Quarterly Virtual Meetings: Attend quarterly virtual board meetings.
• Fundraising Commitment: Actively participate in fundraising activities and initiatives to support RCPA’s financial goals.

Eisner Health is looking for new members to join our Foundation Board. Eisner Health's Foundation Board is our philanthropic and community board. We meet five times a year, with a rotation of in-person and virtual meetings for 60-90 minutes depending on the agenda. Each year, middle and high school students join Project Invent and embark on a journey to invent products for social good- designing with real community members in mind instead of for hypotheticals.

Mid-program, student teams participate in our Idea Review events where they are able to meet with volunteers and share their top invention ideas. As a volunteer, you will hear more about their ideas and provide feedback so that they can move forward to the prototyping phase of their project!
