About This Cause
The Bahamas Red Cross Society has been in operation since 1939. First as an arm of the British Red Cross and then through an Act passed in Parliament in 1975. The BRCS is a National Society forming part of a worldwide organization of the International Federation of Red Cross, which has 190 National Societies across the globe. Our services include (but not limited to) Meals-On-Wheels, School Milk Programme, Youth, After School Mentoring, Assistance to Refugees, First Aid/CPR training, Disaster & Emergency relief assistance. factors.
