Mission Statement
“Obrazovanie bez ranitsi” (Education Without Backpacks) assists the smart digitalization of Bulgarian school education. The organization’s main project is the translation and promotion of Khan Academy in Bulgaria - the largest educational platform in the world, totally free for anyone anywhere, with 140+ mln users around the globe and 120K+ users already in Bulgaria (as of Oct 2022). The organization also consults and supports the Bulgarian Ministry of Education, schools around the country and separate teachers in introducing edtech and smart practices with their students - for the success of every kid!
About This Cause
We empower Bulgarian children to study at their own pace in and outside the classroom: The Bulgarian localization of Khan Academy (https://bg.khanacademy.org) will give Bulgarian kids access to 10 000 world-class video lessons and 100 000 interactive exercises in math, science and other subjects - free for anyone, anywhere. With Khan Academy, students learn until mastery while having fun and being supported by the algorithms of the platform, and parents and teachers easily follow and support their performance.
