Mission Statement
History Serving the community since 1982, the Face à Face Listening and Intervention Centre is a non-profit community organization dedicated to addressing the concerns of individuals in need. Our commitment to social justice and our community approach to problem resolution enables Face à Face to provide effective front line and immediate services we endeavor to build a stronger and healthier community through humanistic partnerships where individuals feel safe, respected, included and empowered to develop the skills to reach their full potential.
About This Cause
What we do at Face à Face: HOUSING AND ACCOMPANIMENT We recognize the difficulties of finding an affordable and secure place to live. We offer various housing resources as well as an accompaniment service for those in need. LISTENING AND REFERRAL CENTRE A team of professionally-trained volunteers are available to listen to you and help you overcome your personal difficulties. SERVICES FOR THE HOMELESS Face à Face will provide personalized service to individuals who are homeless or are at risk of becoming so. We can provide accompaniment, defend your rights and advocate on your behalf. We also offer mail reception services for individuals who do not have a fixed address.
