Mission Statement
The mission of the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners is to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and to promote research.
About This Cause
The Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners serves over 5,200 active clients in Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford Counties. Our services include individual and family social work counselling, support groups, caregiver learning series, dementia education programs, public education workshops, a variety of social recreation programs for clients with dementia. The Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners has over 50 staff members and engages a team of over 400 trained volunteers who support all aspects of our work.
