OUR PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY We operate on the belief that, with access to adequate supports, every person experiencing a mental illness has the capacity to learn, grow and advance their lives. That’s why we provide a full range of services and activities. Our services and programs fall into three categories • Mental health and support services • Recreation services • Education and skill development programs ELEMENTS SUPPORT GROUPS Skilled and experienced facilitators lead all support groups. • Mental Health Support Group • Reach for Recovery SUPPORT & RECREATION SERVICES • Support Services offers mental health support and counselling services. • Recreation Services provides a variety of recreational activities.
