For more than 65 years, CMHA Kelowna & District Branch has been offering programs to adults and families to understand and nurture their mental health and well-being. Through the creation of innovative programs and supports, we help people develop skills and resilience so they can live their best lives possible. We do this through: - Empowering people to live their best lives. - Influencing how the community talks about mental health. - Enhancing our ability to thrive as an organization. We continue to be at the leading edge of providing supports to assist people with mental health issues to develop the tools to lead meaningful, productive lives. We believe that people can recover from mental illness, substance use, poverty or homelessness when they play an active, empowered role in their journey. The way forward is together!
