Mission Statement

The Ontario Cerebral Palsy Sports Association (OCPSA) believes in the value of sport and that sport builds success in all aspects of life. It provides, promotes and coordinates competitive opportunities as well as encourages individual excellence through sport for athletes within the cerebral palsy family. To that end, OCPSA recruits, develops and supports athletes, coaches and volunteers.

About This Cause

OCPSA is one of the leading amateur sports organizations in the province of Ontario. A strong voice for people with cerebral palsy and all abilities, OCPSA promotes interaction, empowerment and inclusion. The sports organization stimulates awareness and social change. As the provincial governing body for boccia and athletics (cp), OCPSA partners with like-minded groups at all levels to increase access to athletic programming and most importantly, the organization advocates for, and provides, equal opportunity in sport and recreation, which enables persons with a disability to not only excel at all levels of competition, but also to build success in life through participation.
