Mission Statement

The Lloydminster and District SPCA was founded in 1966 by a group of dedicated citizens concerned for the welfare of the animals in the community. Throughout our 50-year history, the Lloydminster and District SPCA has served the City of Lloydminster and the surrounding communities as the voice for animal welfare. Today, we provide temporary housing and care for over 1100 stray and homeless companion animals from the City of Lloydminster and the surrounding community.
