Mission Statement
The purpose of Grace Anglican Church is to seek spiritual growth in a vibrant visibly concerned community while bringing people into a deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Grace Church operates Food with Grace, Waterdown Food Bank which has a mission to provide nutritious, adequate, and appropriate food to people in our community who are experiencing financial crises or struggling to survive on low incomes, respecting their privacy and dignity.
About This Cause
Food with Grace Waterdown Food Bank provides nutritious, adequate, and appropriate food to people in our community who are experiencing financial crises or struggling to survive on low incomes. The people who use our food bank come from all walks of life. They are our neighbours; they are our families; they are us. Food with Grace Waterdown Food Bank is here for seniors trying to live on small pensions, single parents caring for children, students striving to get through college or university, people experiencing mental or physical health challenges, people who have become unemployed, and people who are working multiple jobs but still can’t make ends meet. Thank you very much for your monetary donation that enables Food with Grace Waterdown Food Bank to purchase some of the items that are needed by members of our community but that are not regularly donated.
