Mission Statement

Spinal Cord Injury Ontario is an ongoing, life-long resource. What makes us different is that we share lived experience through our Peer Support program, providing the opportunity for people who are newly injured (and family members, too) to talk to someone who truly understands what it is like to have a spinal cord injury. We are a resourceful, connected and supportive organization that has an ever-present belief that, regardless of how hard it is, people with spinal cord injuries will be successful in living the life they choose.
