Founded in 1968, Centre for Immigrant and Community Service (CICS) is a not-for- profit organization and a registered charity that provided core settlement and integration services at eight locations across Toronto and York Region. Our mission is to empower newcomers in settling and integrating as contributing numbers of Canadian society through diverse, professional and innovative services.
