Mission Statement

Keeping families close. We support families traveling more than 40km for their child’s medical care, regardless of their diagnosis, income, or length of stay. Individuals experiencing high-risk pregnancies are also eligible to stay. No family is ever turned away due to an inability to pay.

About This Cause

Ronald McDonald House Charities® Atlantic helps keep families close to each other, and the care they need, when they need it most. Our programs include Ronald McDonald House®, a home-away-from-home for out of town families with sick children, and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms®, an oasis of calm and support inside the walls of the hospital. Last year alone, we helped more than 2,000 families from across the Maritimes.
