Mission Statement
L&A SOS enables seniors to remain independent, in their homes and active within their community through the provision of quality programs.
About This Cause
L&A SOS maintains its autonomy under the direction of its Board of Directors and offers programming to the Greater Napanee area. The 55Plus Activity Centre program remains active and growing offering fitness, health and wellness programming and the textile arts of quilting and knitting. There are also many social and educational opportunities for seniors to remain active. Other services includes assistance for seniors completing their Income Tax returns; the free Seniors Town Bus, operates on Tuesdays and Fridays & Lifeline Referral service
