About This Cause
The Community Foundation is a trustee of gifts from generous donors. All gifts are pooled with the Foundation's assets and invested through careful financial management. Earnings from the investments are used to award grants to charities in the Saint John area. The grants support a wide range of causes including youth, seniors, health, education, the arts, the environment, social services and many local students through bursaries. The Foundation supports local charities, students and projects to ensure a sustainable future and to improve the quality of life in Greater Saint John.
