Mission Statement
We are an Edmonton based community theatre committed to the production of engaging and vibrant works and providing our member volunteers opportunities to participate in all aspects of theatre production.
About This Cause
Walterdale Theatre, founded in 1958, is one of Western Canada’s oldest amateur theatre groups. With the exception of a paid part-time Administrator, Walterdale Theatre is operated entirely by volunteers with a love of theatre, members of any age and background have the unique opportunity to participate in all aspects of live theatre. Each year we produce a full season of five established plays and a new works festival. We do it for love, not money.
