Mission Statement
Our services are for anyone in our service area whose health makes it more difficult to access nutritious and balanced meals or who is looking for social support within their community. Our clients are seniors, those who are convalescing, people with acute or chronic illnesses, people with disabilities, caregivers for all of the foregoing, and new mothers.
About This Cause
We are friends and neighbours, working parents and retired residents, individuals and families from East York. We are working together to empower our neighbours to stay in their homes and to strengthen our sense of community in East York. We are a not-for-profit agency and a registered charity. We are funded by the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (TCLHIN), the City of Toronto, client fees and many generous donors. Our Charitable Registration Number is 12913 9366 RR0001.
