Mission Statement
-All classes of Buddhist teachings and charitable activities open to public and anyone can attend freely. -People can come to Bat Nha Pagoda - the Calgary Vietnamese Buddhist Cultural Centre to learn and practice compassion and understanding by the way of Buddhist insight meditation. So, they can get a spiritual peace, happiness in tranquility and surpass all stresses and depressions in life. All these activities are free and open to everyone. -We support and relieve suffered people such as local homeless people, flood victims, earth quate victims, war victims happened anywhere around the world whenever we can. We also make donations to other charitable activities of Red Cross of Canada, UNICEF of Canada, Drop-In Center of Calgary and many others
About This Cause
Bat Nha Buddhist Temple is a place of worship, Buddhist cultural centre, and charitable organization. We focus on development of Buddhist teachings and meditation based on Mindfulness and Vipassana to help people free from sufferings in life. This is an officially certified charity under the title of Vietnamese Buddhist Congregation in Calgary and its activities have operated well in Calgary of Canada for many years. All its missions are mentioned above.
