Mission Statement
Camp Okema, operated by the Okema Society for Christian Development in the province of Saskatchewan, is an Anglican Church camp that nurtures faith, friendship, and fun, while celebrating God’s love within his natural creation.
About This Cause
We are a camp based in Northern Saskatchewan ministering to children and youth from all over the province. Our programming puts an emphasis on drawing people to God through Jesus Christ, and promoting an appreciation of nature as God's creation and gift to us. We strive to foster self-awareness, creative potential, leadership and positive community. While the camp is a ministry of the Anglican Church, we seek to promote spiritual renewal in all Christians, and reach out to the wider community through witness and service. All are welcome at Camp Okema.
