Mission Statement

“Health care is a concern that touches all of us – every day someone we know is affected by health-related issues.“ Because of this, the Leduc Community Hospital Foundation recognizes the importance of our health-care services and the valuable contributions they make to the quality of life in our community. The Leduc Community Hospital Foundation (LCHF) (established in 1993 as a registered charity) forms an important link between the community and the health-care services provided at the Leduc Community Hospital and the public Health Centres of Beaumont, Leduc and Thorsby.

About This Cause

Vision Citizens of the Leduc Community Hospital Foundation region have the highest quality of health-care service. Mission The Leduc Community Hospital Foundation builds relationships with community partners to enhance services provided at our local health-care facilities. The LCHF works toward fulfilling its vision and mission by promoting programs and services, as well as providing for special initiatives such as new technology, specialized equipment and innovative projects that enhance the health-care services available to our community. The raising and distribution of funds play a major role in the operations of the Foundation. By offering various levels of participation the Foundation receives a broad spectrum of community support, varying from individuals, especially former patients, as well as members of the business community and community support groups. Support is received via donations of funds, “gifts of time” (volunteers), and in-kind contributions of goods or services, along with several sponsorship supported fund-raising initiatives. The Leduc Community Hospital Foundation welcomes and encourages you to get involved by participating in LCHF initiatives.
