Mission Statement
Our mission is the promotion of the Hispanic culture, the celebration of diversity and integration in Nova Scotia. We do this by participating in cultural events and organizing yearly events to bring the Hispanic community together. In addition, we aim to support organizations that provide aid to children in communities who are abandoned or live in conditions of extreme difficulty in different Latin American countries and Halifax.
About This Cause
Established in 2012, Latispánica is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and integration of the Latino culture in Nova Scotia. Our members share a passion for preserving cultural heritage, fostering intercultural understanding, and bringing the community together. We believe in the power of culture to inspire, educate, and unite people from all walks of life. Through a variety of programs, events, and initiatives, we strive to celebrate Latin American heritage and culture.
