About This Cause
The mission of CCDA is to help new immigrants to adapt the new life in Canada, to become more familiar with local multi-cultures, and contribute to the happiness of societies. To meet this goal, CCDA has been working their best through organizing different events or programs, such as: - Host social events, help new immigrants to build connections with others, getting into the major society life. - Host classes, seminars, field trips etc, provide new immigrants the opportunities to learn arts, working skills and knowledge, familiar with local communities, by-laws and the multiple cultures. - Educate and lead new immigrants to contribute to local communities through hosting festivals, participating sport games and City’s park & pathway clean up events etc. CCDA has been listed in Calgary Cross Cultural Connections Directory since in 2015.
