Mission Statement

Chic Geek exists to lead the creation of inclusive workplaces, which support the development of tech-enabled women. It connects companies and people who have the common vision of building a supportive community where tech-enabled women can advance their careers. Chic Geek’s community operates on three core values: Be Brave, Stay Curious and Support Each Other.

About This Cause

Chic Geek runs a program called Career Pathing, which connects women in technology with other individuals a few steps ahead on the same career path. Through this initiative, Chic Geek aims to increase career visibility, engagement and retention of intermediate women in tech.
