Our vision is a future-fit society. Our mission is to create meaningful learning experiences and a supportive environment where people can take their learning as far and as deep as they possibly can to build solutions to the world’s complex challenges. We have tested and iterated our approach to learning and skill development over 4 years. We have built a model that flexes with learner needs as well as industry needs. We have also built a model that allows those top in their field to develop the talent they need while remaining active in industry developing mentorship capabilities and connection across the ecosystem. It also allows for a variety of perspectives, approaches and facilitation styles in our program to make the learning as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. InceptionU approaches learning through the mindset of design and by doing so, continually ensures that curriculum is meeting current and future demands of the market. We believe that all people deserve access to this kind of learning.
