About This Cause
To provide an accessible, barrier free, unique addiction and mental health programming experience for adult Albertans ages 18-65. Mindful Harmony Addiction & Mental Health Ltd. (hereafter MHAMH) is a Calgary, Alberta, developed and based non-profit charity that is eager to open its doors to the community. Our program will offer trauma informed care in the form of formal interpersonal group therapy, one-to-one therapeutic sessions and as needed Accelerated Resolution Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Clients will also be followed by a psychiatrist for medication management, therapy, and diagnostic purposes.
