Our overarching mission is to provide a lifeline for animals, like dogs and cats, who are homeless, abandoned and injured by offering them a chance at a brighter future.
About This Cause
As a registered charity located in Winnipeg, our focus lies in rescuing dogs and cats across Manitoba. Operating solely with the dedication of volunteers and generous donors, we serve as a frontline rescue, bringing in approximately 3000 animals annually from various corners of the province. Typically, the animals we take in are on the verge of peril, incurring substantial costs for their care, including veterinary bills, medications, food, and other necessary supplies. To provide perspective, our yearly spending on vetting alone surpasses $300,000.
