About This Cause
ROARR is located in Springbank, Alberta on a historic ranch that has been in the Robinson family since the 1800’s. The Robinson family started ROARR in order to share the cultural heritage of the ranch and the healing power of the horse with others. ROARR’s main focus is Equine Assisted Learning which is an experiential life skills program that helps participants become strong, confident leaders. Participants engage in objective driven exercises and find themselves learning valuable life skills in a fun and exciting atmosphere while working with the horse. ROARR focuses on youth and elderly in need by providing programming free of charge.
