Mission Statement

We believe that no one should have to face an eating disorder alone. We are working to create a future where all Nova Scotians affected by eating disorders have access to the support, education, and hope they need to achieve recovery.

About This Cause

Eating Disorders Nova Scotia supports individuals, families and friends impacted by eating disorders by providing community-based supports. We are committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness, and offering meaningful support at all stages of recovery. We currently offer a variety of Peer Support Groups, Mentoring, Skills for Recovery Groups, Workshops, Family Support, training, and much more.
