Mission Statement
The Sudbury Hospice Foundation strives to be a premier philanthropic organization, transparent and accountable, ensuring the financial stability of Maison McCulloch Hospice to fulfill its Mission and Vision, in both official languages. Incorporated in Ontario in 2015, the Foundation is committed to cultivating a model of community engagement and philanthropy, encouraging endowment building and maintaining the highest standards of donor respect, integrity, dignity and public accountability.
About This Cause
The Sudbury Hospice Foundation contributes funds to Maison McCulloch Hospice, building upon 15 years of excellence in community-based hospice palliative care, to support the Hospice’s ongoing commitment to provide the highest quality of care to the Greater Sudbury District through programs and services, resident/client empowerment and education. The Foundation also assists in facilitating capital building projects. Funds are raised from a variety of sources, including private donations, foundation grants, corporate sponsorship, service groups and fundraising events.
