Mission Statement

FIRST Robotics Society (FRS) provides premier robotics competitions designed to attract and develop the next generation of innovators, engineers and science and technology leaders.

About This Cause

FRS provides mentor-based science and technology programs designed to foster 21st century life skills and spark interest in science, technology, engineering and math for students aged 6 to 18 across Western Canada. Teams are supported by industry mentors to learn skills and enhance understanding in areas of engineering, design, fabrication, computer programming and project planning, thus building technical and critical life skills such as problem-solving, time management, leadership, communication and self-confidence.
