Mission Statement
We're a non profit organization dedicated to saving dogs of all breeds and all ages. Our adoptable dogs are fostered in-home, where they enjoy all the comforts and love of family life, until they are adopted into loving forever-homes. Many of our dogs come from over crowded shelters, where their time is limited. We also help dogs that have come from puppy mill situations, many from the northern Ontario, as well as owner surrender situations.
About This Cause
Mission Statement Save Me Rescue is a non-profit registered charity organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs from over-crowded shelters, where dogs can be at risk for euthanasia, and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities, we are able to rescue many animals every year, provide them with loving temporary care and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes. We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behaviour training and good nutrition.
