About This Cause
Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation is dedicated to supporting local families at end of life by raising the funds needed to support the services offered by Chatham-Kent Hospice. With this support, services are offered at no cost to the resident and their family. The Foundation also provides education and awareness to the community about the hospice care available to families when they need it. With the Chatham-Kent Hospice receiving only partial government funding, they rely on the Foundation to raise over $110,000 every month to meet approximately 50% of their operating budgeting needs.
