About This Cause
The EHFRC provides free programs to families of all descriptions and backgrounds. Programs include: prenatal, family play groups, mom's mental health programs, cooking classes, physical activity programs, yoga classes, family literacy programs, Pumpkin Carving days with dads, Nobody's Perfect and How to Talk so Kids Will Listen positive parenting programs, car seat installations, breastfeeding support and agency referral.
