Mission Statement

Compassionate Community Care (CCC) is a registered charity comprised of health care professionals and volunteers who provide support to vulnerable persons and their families during times of illness and crisis. We aim to provide a complete circle of care that recognizes and respects the physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs of those involved.

About This Cause

We at CCC believe that all human life has equal dignity and that every person deserves to be treated with respect and compassion while receiving the care they need and deserve. Whether you are facing a chronic condition, disability, or end-of-life situation, we are here to help. The core activities of Compassionate Community Care are: -To provide non-medical support for persons who are vulnerable to depression, isolation, loneliness, pain, and death due to age, terminal illness, disability, or other conditions (“vulnerable persons”). -To train professionals and volunteers to provide non-medical support to these persons. -To educate both health care professionals and the public about end-of-life issues as well as other issues relevant to the care and protection of vulnerable persons. This will be done through courses, seminars, conferences, and meetings and by collecting and disseminating information. Compassionate Community Care can help. We can help you find answers to questions about end-of-life concerns and find the educational and support resources you deserve. Call the Compassionate Community Care (CCC) helpline: 1-855-675-8749. If you would like to contact us at our office or for CCC’s non-helpline contact, please call us at 519-439-6445.
